Returns, Refunds & Claims

Shipping is free for all products.

Custom-made or personalized large marble top tables cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Damaged or Defective Items:

1.1. If the large marble top table arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
1.2. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
1.3. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.

2. Canceling an Order:
2.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
2.2. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
2.3. If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the regular return process mentioned above. Otherwise, standard shipping charges apply.
